Identifies opportunity for process improvementsĪssists in providing balance sheet quarterly forecasts and annual planĪdvises stakeholders on accounting impacts of transactions Responsible for ensuring revenue transactions are recorded correctly and posted from the AR sub-ledger.Įnsures robust internal controls are consistently applied Prepares general ledger entries for revenue accruals, contra-revenue expenses, and other assets and liabilities and accruals
This role is suited for a detail oriented self starter who also enjoys collaboration and will partner with the AR, Sales, Commercial Finance, IT, Tax, and Licensing teams to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing and appropriate revenue recognition. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Revenue Accountant has primary responsibility for revenue recognition for the Class II recurring revenue and game sales lines of business based out of VGT Class II business.
